In 1946, Charlie and Huby Patterson rented space in an ice plant in Downtown Dallas and started Patterson Brothers Meat Company, which was later changed to Patterson Food Processors.

Grandsons Michael and Matt Schirato, who helped run the business while growing up, now own and operate Patterson Food Processors with the same quality and customer service that Patterson has always offered.

Patterson Food Processors employs more than 100 employees and is expanding plant operations, updating their facilities, and have added valued key members to their team of various meat and food service specialists.
