At Patterson Food Processors, we pride ourselves on offering you and your customers the finest quality meat and proteins available. We have two different brands of meat, specifically manufactured and processed in Texas, available to choose from.

    Our steaks are cut from 100% Angus cattle that are born and raised in the USA. Patterson offers prime, choice, select, and all natural beef (no antibiotics or added hormones, all-vegetarian, corn-based diet). Each steak is custom-cut per the Chef’s specifications and quickly vacuum-packed for freshness. All our meat is wet-aged in a temperature-controlled steak department.
    Example sizing for boneless steaks: 6oz., 8oz., 10oz., 12oz., 14oz., 16oz.
    For bone-in steaks: 14oz., 16oz., 18oz., 20oz. and 24oz.
